QR32 Series Crawler-Type Shot Blasting Machine

QR32 series crawler-type shot blasting machine are suitable for surface cleaning of small castings, forgings and other work. Rubber belt winding in 3 rollers is driven by power device and moves in positive or negative direction in the cleaning chamber. When workpiece placed on the belt are cleaned, the shot blasting machine projects grits that impact on workpiece surface. The positive movement of belt rolls the workpiece continually, so that each surface of the workpiece is exposed in the projectile beam to eliminate “the shot blasting blind angle”. Been cleaned, the workpiece can be automatically unloaded by the belt reverse movement. This equipment is suitable for different production scale, which can be used not only in a single, but also in multi-station. The characteristic of shot blasting chamber, shot blasting machine, separator, dust removal system, etc are also introduced in this paper. It is proved by the application that the equipment has the advantages of reasonable structure, low energy consumption, good cleaning effect etc.
